Created the Standard

In 1985, Michael started Patlon Industries, Inc. in Miami, Florida, which grew to a multimillion-dollar electronics accessories manufacturing and distribution company by the late ’90s. Patlon grew to over 100 employees and created the standard for several products in their industry.

Restructure and Rebuild

In 2000 and 2001, worldwide tech implosion precipitated by the NASDAQ implosion. Patlon lost 70% of its revenues within a few months. With strategic thinking and by taking drastic actions, Michael was able to restructure and rebuild the company to profitability. Early in 2006, he successfully negotiated and closed on the sale of his company to a large US corporation very profitably.

Business Turnaround Specialist

After considerable thought about his future, Michael realized that his extensive experiences through business highs and lows and his network of successful entrepreneurial contacts would be valuable in assisting other businesses going through difficult periods and devastating market changes. Thus, Michael became a Business Turnaround Specialist and started assisting companies to become more profitable as well as providing real estate advice.
